Meet Your Instructor: Esmee Jiskoot Esmee Jiskoot has over 16 years of personal yoga practice and 10 years of teaching experience, including more than 6 years teaching online. With a background in psychology and coaching, she offers practices that are simple, grounding, and easy to integrate into everyday life. After experiencing burnout, Esmee learned this standing practice as a way to reconnect with her body in a sustainable and supportive way — a practice she still relies on today. She has spent over one year in silent meditation retreats, bringing depth, clarity, and presence into her teaching. Since the COVID pandemic, over 1,000 students have practiced with her online. Now, this practice is here for you — to start where you are and feel the impact in your life.
